Gateway internet and phone internet issue
I've been having issues for about 3 weeks. I've used 39 Gb of gateway data and I have a 300 Gb plan. I can't watch any video. My smartphone, Samsung S23 and my other line have both been so incredibly slow. I've been really satisfied with T-Mobile for the last 2 1/2 years. When I talk to someone they tell me a 5 g tower antenna is being updated. Yet I'm still having to pay for data I can't use. Something has changed drastically. I may have to switch providers.
