Home Internet charges I was told it was pay as you go -you dont pay you dont go but no fees
i was told the home internet for 50 a month had no caps and was on a pay as you go system with no fees for not paying not have internet one month then the next pay and you would have it without late fees, reconnect fees etc. i have been charged a fee for late charges, reconnection fees, for calling the customer support. I am so pissed! so instead of 100 for 2 home internet for my home and my mothers i have been paying 158 and higher! WHO CHARGES FOR CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!! IF YOUR CALLING ITS NOT BECAUSE YOU WANT TO OR THAT YOU EVEN DID ANYTHING WRONG MOST THE TIME ITS THE EQUIPTMENT NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT YET THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR CALLING TO GET THERE STUFF STRAIGHTENED OUT?????
