hello there. I have Ipvanish VPN and it works great with this VPN. I have no problem with connecting to the Internet. And if you have a bad connection try moving it around the house until you get a good signal. I was getting good for my signal then I moved it around the house on the second floor and found a corner in my bedroom that gave it an excellent signal so I got a cornerself and mounted it up high where I got that excellent signal and put the gateway on the self . And now I have Excellent service and connection. So try doing that and see if you can find a Hotspot like mine . Why am I having my 5g internet connection stop working it cuts out all the time .Theirs times when it works fine then the next day it's not working at all. T-mobile needs to get there stuff 2gether when I first got T-Mobile Internet (8 months) it worked fine no problems at all it was great but now it went to hell . I have so much problems with it I call T-mobile and they do there checking and they always come back and say it's a Tower issue. Well I live a block away from the Tower I can actually see it from my front window I don't see anyone working on the tower. I think there Equipment is not able to carry the amount of connection it's dealing with all they say is that they are working on the tower to fix the issue but it's fixed for a few days the it not working again. We all need to petition T-mobile to make the option available to their Wifi home internet Gateway . This option is available on a lot of other modems lets let T-mobile know how unhappy there customers are and that they are very disappointed with not having this feature .
