No Signal , Network and Service
For the past 3 months i have been experiencing issues with the network, I have a grandfathered plan and it seems as Tmobile has been toggling my service signal since the opt out frenzy. I have call multiple times to Customer Service with no success, First they stated a Tower in the chicagoland area was being fixed, then they switched my SIM from physical to e-sim, then back to physical. the service toggles from no service/ to 5g full bars, then back to 3g then to LTE and so on. TMOBILE has really become one of the worse companies. I have been with the for more than 8yrs. TMIBILE please fix your behavior,215Views0likes1Comment
