Try this fix. I was powering down the Nokia Gateway, and plugging it back in rather than using the reset port. Please follow the step below to reset the gateway device. Press-and-hold a paperclip in the Reset port. The LCD screen will display a counter. Before the counter reaches 4, withdraw the paperclip. The T-Mobile Nokia 5G21 Gateway will automatically reboot. Once it is rebooted, wait for 2-3 minutes and then pair the device and confirm if the issue is resolved, I am here with you to help you. After I reset the Gateway, I didn’t have to re-pair any of my computers or TVs.43Views0likes0Comments
