Tmobile the worst customer service!
After hours and hours of speaking with numerous representatives over the past month I have got ZERO help. They promise me they will have someone call me back AND THEY NEVER DO! Tmobile has screwed up in so many ways I would have to write a book to explain what happened. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years and this is how they treat us loyal customers?! Now I know why all my friends are leaving Tmobile. . I'll be going over to Verizon to see what they will do for me.
Any other vets here order a galaxy s22 and then not get it and get told your order was delayed?
Anyone else get promised a galaxy s22 before the launch, then get denied picking up your new phone on launch day, and t-mobile bozos tell you they ordered it for you and promise it being delivered on Monday the 28th, but now there's a huge delay and your phone you were promised is not in stock anymore? And you paid money basically for no services being rendered?
