There seems a serious hardware issue with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The idea of this phone and utility is amazing and convenient. However, after 6 months the phone hinge feature locked up and I was unable to open the phone completely. Then at nearly the same time a black spot appeared in the middle of the phone. This black spot grew quickly to cover approximately 80% of the phone screen. This rendered the phone incredible difficult to utilize. Now, I have been questioned on this phone my numerous people over the time I had this phone. I always spoke of the phone in a positive way. I’ve also been a big advocate of T-Mobile and the coverage and services provided. Upon bringing the now unusable phone in to the store. I was told I couldn’t get the phone replaced at the store. As we all know, having phone service is incredibly phone important, imperative to many. I pay the $18 plus for the insurance. I was told I could pay $100 to get a new phone delivered Next Day Air. I was also informed that the T-Mobile employee helping stated that they are aware of the typical issue the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is having these known hardware failure issues. I was the informed I would need to pay $5 for a warrantied replacement. I agreed. However, I would have to wait several days to obtain a new phone. The $1000 phone I had was unusable. I’m just wondering how many people out there think it’s unreasonable for T-mobile force it’s customers to go without the ability to communicate, conduct business, stay in touch with family and friends on their network and not inform all the paying customers that are in possession of the Samsung Flip 4 of the rather common catastrophic hardware failure? A recall? It would appear T-Mobile and or Samsung aren’t owning up to this issue. Should good loyal paying customers be subjected to this negligence? Anyone else have issues with the Samsung Galaxy Flip phones?756Views1like4CommentsLocked UICC Help Needed
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 that has been fully paid off. TMobile said the phone was unlocked. At that point, I ported my number over to Comcast. Once the port was successful, I tried to use the phone with the Comcast SIM only to see that there was an error. The device has a UICC lock to Sprint that I was not aware of. I have been on the phone for days with TMobile to get the UICC lock removed but I’m not having any luck. I can’t unlock the device from my end. Settings > System Updates > UICC Unlock does not work. I see a message of “System Initializing” and then it disappears within seconds. I need help.512Views0likes1CommentNetwork Unlock Question
Paid off the last pymt on all my equipment in acct, so I unlocked my phone via settings. I'm confused with a message that keeps on popping up on my screen on my cell, and my tablet now states that my unlock has expired? Below is the pop up message: Your phone's network unlock will expire in 1 days. SIM cards from other service providers will no longer work. Can anyone help me out please. I thought once paid up you own all equipment, hence unlocked with no expiration ... better off when trading in, etc. Thanks ...Solved1.4KViews0likes13Commentsnew voicemail notification WILL NOT DELETE
I am so unbelievably frustrated. I haven't used voicemail in years, I only get called approximately 5 times a year. and tmobile wants me to set a voicemail message… I click the notification for my new voicemail and it says "set up your voicemail box in three easy steps". mind you, I've had tmobile for ten plus years, and this phone number for at least fifteen. my voicemail is as set up as I want it to be. I can't clear this message without doing the three steps they're asking me for, which is first setting up a voicemail pin (which I've already done????) and second setting a greeting, but I don't want to have a voice message play when people get to my voicemail. obviously I don't know what the third step is because I won't do the second step. for reference I have a samsung note20147Views0likes0CommentsSamsung Galaxy A35

I can’t find where to go for assistance, such as 1) I can’t figure out how to power it down/restart, and 2) I downloaded two new apps but don’t see where the icons are to use the apps73Views0likes0CommentsUnlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT
