I’m a pre-paid customer. After the new My T-Mobile experience update I was instructed to re-enable auto pay. When attempting to do soon line I could notadd cred/debit card nor activate auto pay. Got this message “We are unable to process this payment transaction. Please visit a Retail Store to complete this transaction” Went to two retail stores, neither had seen this before andcouldn’t fix the problem while I was in store.I had to pay with cash to continue service. An engineering service ticket was submitted and I was to receive a call back the next day, two days latter no call back. Sprint sucked and apparently nowT-Mobile sucks after they merged. After more than a decade of trouble free service this failure may end my use of T-Mobile. Has anyone else had to deal with this failure and if so hasit been resolved for you…?6.8KViews9likes24CommentsSpotify / Pandora Prepaid Customers Using Mobile Data FIX
Ok. I have contacted my legal team (I work in the Legal field). And I asked if we can start a class action suit against TMobile for the dreaded challenge of these apps not working on mobile data being there is perk that if you sign up for a specific plan, you are entitled to music and not use your monthly data. Heck it's why I change from the 30 to 40$ plan... I have since opened 3 tickets. No resolution. I will say the work around is to use (Proton VPN APP is free) a VPN. Once you enable it, bam the music works on mobile data. You can disconnect the VPN and the music app still works. Now I also understand the APN hack to change to IP4 which does work but not 100%. But then your traveling at IP4 on all your apps... So the real challenge actually isn't TMobile but the actual music vendor not supporting IP6. So a class action suit would raise corporate eyebrows but in the end it's the fact of Spotify not on the IP6 level.618Views4likes10CommentsCan old physycial SIM still be used after switch to ESIM ?
Hello, I had a phsycial SIM in my old pixel 4 and bought a pixel 8 a couple months ago. It gave me the option to transfer the SIM as an ESIM to the new pixel 8. I have a prepaid 10 GB plan for $40. Today I recycled some of my old phones and I don’t know if that old physical SIM was still in the phone. So could someone technically use that one to connect to my network or account ? I did wipe all the data from the phone and I think it was off for at least 6 months. I also have the sim swap protection enabled now and that port out option or whatever it is called. I remember when the switch happend the old phone did not have any network connection. Just wondering if I need to do something here for protection.Solved366Views0likes1CommentIs there a way to retrieve my prepaid balance?
Hello folks I ordered something that seems to be plan refill before I get a new sim card. And all the agents I’ve met say they can’t technically help me find my old balance. I finally got connected to a prepaid department person, but she couldn’t help. Is there a solution?Solved128Views0likes1CommentPrepaid Unlimited Data 75$/months --> 2 lines = 2 sim cards
I e.g. we (my fiance and me) are interested in a Prepaid deal, that we can use during our 32 days in LA, Hawaii and San Francisco: Especially this deal: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-plans?brand=TMOPrepaid I claims “save with 2 lines” Unlimited Promo, $75/mo. for 2 line + taxes & fees Includes: Unlimited talk and text Unlimited 5G data Up to 3GB of domestic high-speed mobile hotspot data Texting to 215+ destinations while in U.S., Mexico & Canada My question: DOES this 2-LINES-option INCLUDE 2 physical SIM CARDS, so that we can both use the contract with 2 smartphones and 2 phone numbers and both have access to the same data package??? If not, what is the best option in order to get 2 sim cards and about 10-20GB each?434Views0likes3CommentsTravelling to USA from EU prepaid esim card

Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me? Thanks in advance.83Views0likes0CommentsDoes my line only gel temporarily deactivated when I don´t refill my account?

Thank you very much :) AlinaSolved257Views0likes2Comments
