My router has signal but does not have internet. Everything in the house has lost internet. I have rebooted to router and it connects and says the signal is good. Everything says it has connection to the router but still no Internet all of a sudden Also, how do we get help from the actual company we pay for service? Is this really their "tech support" just leave us to answer each other's problems and not pitch in to help the people they charge $$ every month?Solved300Views1like3Comments5g home internet stuck on 4g
So I am using the 5g home internet and it worked flawlessly for about 10 days, it states now that it's just using 4g instead of the normal 5g. I have rest the 5g modem and rebooted it several times. 5g worked perfectly fine before has something changed with the 5g extended range. Btw I'm located in a rural area in TN.9.8KViews4likes26CommentsT-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.12KViews14likes27CommentsI wish the T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway was JUST a modem!!!
I just left Breezeline due to horrible service for over a month, and when it went out from home, my T-Mobile iPhone became my hotspot. After realizing it was more reliable than my landline Internet, I tried the T-Mobile Home Internet. I was shocked to get 700 down and 60 up, consistently, so after two weeks of successful stress testing I dropped Breezeline. With that said, here are my two main frustrations: I have a UniFi network with several APs in my home all connected to a UniFi switch and UniFi router… I am sure you can see where I’m going with this… 1) I do not need the Sagemcom Fast 5688W router OR 2) its WiFi. You cannot disable WiFi on the unit, or put it into bridge mode to bypass the router. I have tried getting into the device with no luck. So now, I have a double NAT situation and the T-Mobile gateway is emitting frequencies that are going unused. This is a huge oversight on T-Mobile’s end. T-Mobile, if you read these, I know a few people using your home internet, and they’re all complaining of the same thing - Forums are also littered with this feedback as well - Please listen. Allow 1) Turning the WiFi radios off, and 2) bypass the gateway’s routing using a bridge mode (I think that will work). This is very disappointing that it’s so locked down, but with that said, I am happy with the reliability. I just would love to see some additional functionality added as I’m sure I’m not the only person using my own router or mesh system with their gateway. If anyone has any suggestions would love to hear. Thanks!10KViews5likes18CommentsT-Mobile non return fee on gareway scam
I have sent my gateway back using the return label provided by T-Mobile. The tracking(1Z0545229096661887) shows delivered on November 2nd 2022. T-Mobile now charged me $399 + tax for non return. They are scamming people by charging the money for the device they received and now the agent and the supervisor is convincing me that they will take care of $200 and the remaining is my responsibility. i am not accepting that offer as T-Mobile is scamming people and getting free money. What can i do to get this charges taken care. Can i file a lawsuit on this as i have all the proof of delivery. T-Mobile says that they cannot locate the device.4.7KViews5likes25CommentsHome Internet Gaming
I have had Home Internet for about a year and I have been able to use it for both work and gaming. However, within the last few weeks, I received a “internet required to connect to servers” error when playing on GTA V, Red Dead Redemption, ARK or any other game with online features. I have changed gateways and even replaced one without any luck. I have already reached out to Sony and one of the game’s helpdesks and they both state that it is an internet provider issue. T-Mobile doesn't have any support for gamers according to one of their reps so I am frustratingly out of options. Any additional help is greatly appreciated. I am looking for other internet providers in the meantime.10KViews1like17CommentsPS5 internet connection issues

I just received a new T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR or G4SE) & it’s been working fine. Is there a way that I can login to the ‘admin’ account & access admin functions WITHOUT using the ‘T-Mobile Internet app’? I’d like to do this using my PC. TIA,898Views0likes1CommentMy G4SE received newer firmware version 1.03.20
I finally started to wonder about a user’s suggestion about (hard) resetting the router using the back button and decided to give it a whirl. To my surprise, after i was setup i checked the firmware version and it was bumped to 1.03.20 (was 1.03.19). The hard reset probably wasn’t required but if people still don’t get updated in a day, maybe reset to see if it gets updated after? Either way, we’ve been heard. Thanks T-Mobile.662Views0likes5Comments
