error message

For over nine months, my A51 only gives me an error message when I try to update system software, including the security update. I did a troubleshooting session with support and was only able to do a minor update. Since then, I've attempted further updates, still with no success.820Views2likes11CommentsTo Fix What's Broken, or.....Not.
This was just too funny not to share. I just joined this forum and received this nice welcome email but either the Magenta Lounge no longer exists, or the link doesn't work anymore. So I decided to take screenshots and send an email to the address on the page since they so kindly provided an email address that throws up HUGE BRIGHT red flags: NO-REPLY@t-mobile.com 🤣. I thought, 99.99% sure I'm going to get a delivery failure, and SURE ENOUGH: Just adding this to the list of reasons why I failed at choosing our next carrier! 🥳 🥂404Views0likes4CommentsMySprint app error message
For the last week, I’ve gotten a “Sprint Network Unavailable” error message whenever I tried to open the “MySprint” app on my phone. I’ve tried every fix I could find on the internet. Everything from deleting and reinstalling the app to force shutting it down to clearing not only the cache on my phone but also clearing the app cash to making sure the app is up to date ( which its at its most current update ) At this point I don’t know what to do. Is there something I’m missing ? or should I just go to my nearest T-Mobile store and hope someone there can figure this out ? lolSolved1.2KViews0likes4CommentsSprint former costomer that cant use t-mobile app/site.
I was with Sprint on a family plan before the merger & i got well ahead of the game with the sim swap. I have a iPhone 12 Pro & i switched my Sprint sim over almost a year ago if not longer due to service issues with sprint sim card. I even recently got another t-mobile sim when they offered it for the rest of our lines but we still can’t long into the t-mobile app or website. i keep getting an error or page never loads. The sprint web site seems like someone made it on github recently it’s just horrible no matter if i use a pc or iphone you can hardly navigate the preferences & permissions page. Why is it that there is constant error during sign in after using verification code page will get 404 error so will have to go back to login page re input same code and page work. Seems to be a security problem, in my mind that should not happen almost every login. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if there is any info when we can all use the main t-mobile site. My girl just upgraded to the iPhone 13 through & she still we can’t use there site & the apps we can use are have use able at best. Sorry for the rant just looking for insight it was a pain even being able to make a account to use this community but still can’t use email for website and i even have a T-money bank account with any-mobile i’d but no cant use the t-mobile site/app, Just a hacked up a$$ Sprint site lol.1.1KViews0likes2CommentsOption to change PIN online results in error message
What the title says. There is an option within your account to change your PIN online. However, I’ve been trying to do it for a couple weeks, and every time, it results in the same error message: Service Unavailable. F451 : Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later. I’d really like to be able to contact T-Mobile by chat or email via desktop to let them know about this error message, but apparently those are not options. Calling is the only option. Oh wait, you might be able to access chat support on the T-Mobile app, but you’ll wait all day to chat with a human who may or may not be able to help you. Seriously T-Mobile, it’s 2021. No chat or email support via desktop? If customer service is backed up and you can’t offer reliable chat, that’s fine… let me email, and a support rep can reply at their convenience. Anyway, I do not want to have to call customer service to change my PIN. I can’t remember what I set up for my PIN before. I never call customer service, so I have no real reason to keep it fresh in my memory. I’d like to change it to a sequence of numbers that I know for certain I’ll never forget, and I’d rather do that online while logged into my account. I’ve already set up the Account Takeover Protection, but I’d like to reset my PIN just as an added bit of protection to protect against sim swaps and the like. I know probably no one will be able to help me here, but perhaps someone could check and see if they receive the same error message when trying to reset their PIN. Would be nice to know if I’m the only one.1.5KViews1like9Comments
