I signed up for the $30 home internet plan as a magenta max customer last month and I being charged $50. I have called CSR several times and I was told you have to wait a few billing cycles before a $20 a month credit is applied. I have asked several times for a copy of the terms and conditions of the promo and they have refused to provide details. I just switched over from Sprint to T-Mobile today and also got put on the Magenta MAX plan because I was told Netflix is included for free in that. Unfortunately I’m not sure how to redeem it, or if I even can. I see that when I click Netflix under “Included in this plan” it takes me to a page that says “This feature is no longer available.” Am I too late to redeem it? okay I’ve had no issues with the T-Mobile service, they have been great about fixing the issues, but this time is different. The website clearly says I can, but me and my wife are 55+ but I visited a local store twice and called today also, but was told I could not get the $105 for 3 lines on a 55+ magenta! but clearly the website says I could! I am currently paying $124 for 4 lines but I do not use the fourth line.
