where can i compliment an employee
March 30, I went into a Tmobile store to add my daughter in law to my account. She was currently a Sprint customer.. well, I thought it would be a quick 20-30 mins in and out. NOPE 2 hours later we walked out of the store frustrated and w/o accomplishing anything! We had to call customer care, absolutely waste of time. Language barrier, not understanding what we were talking about, etc. But we did find Alishya... omg, she was an absolute SAINT. she was helping me and another customer and talking to customer care when they were not doing or understanding what I was trying to do. I can NOT say enough about this young woman. Alishya is awesome! I'm still very frustrated because customer care messed up everything, charged me $30 for a SIM card and postdated my order for April 8. I wanted to walk out of Tmobile on March 30 with a new phone and a new line but I didn't.
Using add a line from another t-mobile account
Hello, I am currently on T-mobile ONE plan with 2 others but I am planning to go (because the current plan owner is planning to cancel the plan) into another T-mobile account also on ONE plan and I am wondering if I can be considered as “Add a new line” and take advantage of the “get $600 off with new line” for new Galaxy s24 in the other ONE plan account that I am planning to join into?
Unable to remove add-on from online order
Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on. Any idea how to remove this add-on before placing the order? Thanks
600 off when adding a new line
When adding a new line and buying a phone for it, tmobile offers $600.99 off the phone total cost. It is sometimes lower for certain phones but there is generally a discount when adding a new line. Is this offer limited to one line only or can it apply multiple times? I´m trying to add two lines to my plan for a total of 3 and I´m getting a new phone for both of those lines. Is the deal limited to the first line I add or can I use it twice? Thanks!

I want to compliment Shawn Malen at TMO’s Santa Rosa Mall store for the help he provided me over the last couple of days. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone, modify our plan, and add an Apple watch to my account. These transactions took a long, long while to complete, including setting up the new equipment with iOS 16.4.1. Shawn took all the steps needed to send me out the door with a big smile and the new equipment and revised plan fully functional. I have been a TMO customer for many years, benefiting from your usual excellent level of customer service. Shawn’s help lived up to that reputation, making my transaction a smooth professional experience, quite unlike misadventures with wireless or cable telephone customer service I have heard about from friends and coworkers!Adding multiple new lines
I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I’ve managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won’t let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but now It doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. Is there a bug or can I not add multiple lines online?
