13 TopicsWhy does T-Life app throw errors when i click on the Tuesdays button?
I have not been able to get into the Tuesdays section of the T-Life app. I get one of two errors every time. The first time I try it, I get an error saying 'Your number isn't eligible to receive deals'. Each time I try it after that, it says 'There's a glitch in the system. We're working on it. Please check back later.' It has been this way since I installed the app a couple of weeks ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've cleared cache, and I've gotten on Customer Service chat and nothing has fixed the issue. I even factory reset my phone. I was able to get it to work on another device using the same login, though. I've read in other forums here of some people having the same issue on a different kind of phone. Hi, I’m setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get “Something went wrong. Please try again.” error message. I’m doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can’t change it.1.3KViews2likes9CommentsT-Life App Not Letting Me Log Into My Account
I just switched to T-Mobile 3 days ago. I downloaded the T-Life app as instructed by the sales rep. I brought my own phone. When I try to log in with my ID/phone number and password, I get into a loop that says processing over and over again. I’ve called customer service to no avail and even went back to the store where I signed up. I’ve tried everything to log in and I don’t know what to do at this point. Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it?
