The lure was to get “up to” $300 on my iphone 12 trade in, with monthly credits. Sent the phone in, received email (that you can’t respond to) saying that my account will have a total $110 credit. No explanation as to why it’s not what was advertised. It didn’t have the max amount of memory, so I can see that being a factor, but 2/3 less than what what was advertised is bait-and-switch.
Contact Tmobile support for an explanation. What you may be seeing is a one time credit of $110 and a monthly credit evenly splitting the remaining $190. If your trade was a promotional offer, meaning Tmobile is giving you a higher value than market value, this is how they split the full credit - one upfront credit which is what they get paid at market value, then the remaining balance spread out over the promotional period.
T-Mobile takes 0 accountability they always pass you to someone else, the Supervisor/ Managers have 0 leverage to make any decisions or changes they are no different than the customer service representative the only difference is their title!
I got swindled, lied to at the store I traded my perfectly good IPhone 13 Pro Max and told the manager of the store I wanted to get another pro max asked him what specials he had at first I started with the IPhone 16, he only had a few due to Christmas holidays ( which I could) have waited until they got a delivery or he could have called another store to get the phone I wanted. But didn’t! He then tells me the iPhone 14 is FREE. THAT WAS/ is A LIE! I went back to the store to talk to him telling him I hate this phone it is like a refurbished iPhone as he tells me I have to wait 2 years or pay the phone off plus it’s too much paperwork, never told me what it would cost to do this to then turn his back to me 😡
I switched over from AT&T and boy am I regretting that decision!!
I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES since! I’ve never seen anything like this before I drop more calls than I can make! They are worse than a used car salesman!
one of the customer service representative told me I could write a letter to the buyers remorse department and call apple to send me another iPhone 14! I’ve reached out to national managers and they can’t do anything. What is wrong with this company?!! I’m so FRUSTRATED AND FURIOUS!!!
