It would be best if you reach out to Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter for help from someone that has access to your account to explain everything in detail to you.

You are so right! I did reach out to Customer Service after posting this question to the community. Dee helped me work through a solution that is perfect for our needs. You just have to find the right person to think through the challenge with you…and she did!
