need shipping label
unable to print shipping label from your website but need to return a trade in device. What should I do?
as my first time trade in with tmo, this got me worried. It says I need to send in my old phone using the prepaid label within 30 days, but never be able to print it. Is there a direct line i can call or any method to get Tmo’s attention to address this incident?
