Xbox one won't connect to tmobile internet
Hello, having issues setting up my new Xbox one. Won't connect to wifi or wired connection on the 5g gateway router from t mobile. Says it's Mac address issue. Or the DHCP server isn't setup for DHCP. Check your router or modem manual for info about setting up dhcp. Please help thanks
Do you have the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels separated? You might have to lower the security to WPA/WPA2. For best compatibility, turn off auto channels and set them manually.
