Why don't you have a chat function?
Even the most basic of companies have chat functions - your revenue is about 80 billion dollars a year - HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE A CHAT FUNCTION?
That’s so basic. Chat support should be directly on their website. I shouldn’t have to maneuver my way to Twitter or Facebook to freakin’ ask a question.
