TMHI is the lowest priority traffic on their cell towers, your phone the highest. A lot of areas have been oversold and are experiencing low data rates at peak tower usage times.
Dropped Infinity/Comcast to save $40/mo. Bad move. Same issues with varying speeds and dropped internet service. Told the same story regarding working on towers. Nothing but ongoing issues with home devices (Wemo/Deco/Alex’s). Infinity now has a competitive rate so will be dropping TM and going back to Infinity/Comcast.
