no home internet service all day

Don’t bother demanding it to be fixed… I had this issue for 5-6 months and I finally gave up and switched to mediacom 1gbps. I now get average with Ethernet cable. 900mbps speedtest. 300-400mbps wifi. I am paying the same price for Mediacom that TMobile charges for their internet. lololololl
