Unlike other internet providers like Cox or AT&T which use wired connections (static IP), getting internet through 5G cell networks uses what's called Roaming IP. Your IP address is not tied with a physical location, so it will bounce around to various cell towers. I am in East Baton Rouge and Amazon thought I was in Florida for a week!
