Not receiving text messages
No longer getting text messages from ServiceNow via our incident management process. Other coworkers receiving although they are not Tmobile customers. This was previously working. Our logs indica...
T-mobile users (me and others) receive SMS from other email domains like google.com, our company email, etc, but not coming from “service-now.com”. Other carriers don’t have a problem delivering sms from service-now.com.
This needs to be looked at ASAP by T-Mobile.
