It just showed up one day. I initiallythought it wasSPAM.

Certain contacts not receiving text messages from me and there are certain contacts that I don't receive texts from even after I text them. I am using a Samsung s24 ultra but problem started before with a s21, thought newer phone would help but apparently not. Has anyone found a solution to text messages bot working properly.
Text Filitering
The company I work for had text messages filtered about a year ago. We confirmed that we have everything correct with 10DLC and were not violating any rules or code of conduct.Our campaigns are proper 10DLC and had met the use case requirements with SBR campaign, Twilio needed to convert the NNID flag on the backend configuration to 10DLC to run our traffic over sanctioned channels. It appearedthat the traffic wasNOT routing over sanctioned 10DLC. It wasrunning over consumer channels. This was all corrected and things improved dramatically.However,something happened starting on the 21st of this month where TMOBILE (and METRO by TMOBILE) started filtering about 50% of all of our messages again. Is anyone else experiencing this or would know why this filtering is happening again?
Text Messages to Gateway
Is there anyway to block phone numbers from sending text messages to my 5G gateway? I checked my T-Mobile home internet account and saw I had over 50 text messages. So I went to my gateway and reviewed them, they were all scams and it took me 10 minutes to delete them all, no option to block. I just upgraded to a 5G gateway in March. I previously had the LTE gateway and it was sure a lot easier to review & delete text messages via the web page interface. I didn’t even know you can see text messages on the LCD screen on the 5G gateway until I did a search here.
Is it possible to whitelist domain name so P2P text messages containing urls are not blocked?
P2P text messages containing urls are blocked. The url in the messageis a short url of the website https://amway.com. Hoping that you can help me white list the domain https://amwy.meor let me know what is causing it to get blocked. Thanks
Tmobile blocking my message I sent out to customers with url despite having good rating.
info.sendsationaltext.com is our url that we noticed is being blocked went sent out via A2P Messaging. We use a Twilio number that is registered properly and is approved. We send out to many clients for marketing purposes. Any way we can whitelist this url or you can explain what is wrong with it so far the domain it is being hosted has also a good reputation. Any sort of help is appreciated, I viewed a lot of your forums but found nothing left.
