HP Printer Problems

Thanks for responding. I use Apple products for internet/wifi needs. The steps you recommend has been done several ways. I have a second network, we have done changes online several times and several ways, I am able to print before closing the session, however the connection is somehow lost and the blue offline lights starts blinking.
