How to get into a phone with the screen lock function on?
My Galaxy A12 has the screen lock function on. It will only let me make emergency calls. How do I get into settings so I can delete the function and use the phone?
Try heading over to YouTube. There's videos showing how to do it. Maybe on will show you how to shut it down.
Your only other option is to let the battery run down to where it shuts down then charge and try the hard reset.
You probably need to do a hard reset. It usually done with the phone turned off and hold the power on and the volume button up at the same time. If that doesn't work try using the volume down instead.
