10 TopicsBlocked From The Network
For multiple days, every morning my phone gets blocked off the network. I always have to tell someone to get the app and reactivate it, Ive tried doing it myself multiple times on my laptop but it just shows the status of the gateway. None of my family members have the app but me and my dad. But either way somehow my phone gets deactivated every morning, What can I do about this?87Views0likes0CommentsT-Mobile Hotspot Usage Bug with Tidal Streaming
I have been having issues with Tidal streaming on my Samsung S24 since February ā24. I have determined that the data that Tidal is using to stream music is being recognized as "hotspot data" by T-Mobile. Each carrier billing cycle the T-Mobile system sends me a message stating I have hit my hotspot data cap. At that time Tidal becomes extremely slow and encounters buffering issues. All of my other applications work perfectly fine, I have unlimited data with my T-Mobile plan (Magenta Max55+), but for some reason, Tidal is using hotspot data or its data usage is being miscategorized as hotspot data. On my phone hotspot data usage reported is 0GB month over month. I never use my hotspot. Something weird is going on here, I am not sure if it is on the Tidal side in how it requests data or on the T-Mobile. I need help in having this issue investigated and escalated to the appropriate parties (Either at Tidal, T-Mobile, or maybe even Samsung). I have attempted to inform T-Mobile but they their phone support seems ill-equipped to handle uncommon technical problems. I am not sure if this will ever be resolved. I suppose in T-mobiles eyes this would be like a āP4ā priority. Unless there is some security risk involved I doubt they will care. Just recently got the new S24. Today my phone started restarting itself over and over again on its own. The phone became extremely warm and the battery went from 95% to 60% within 20 Minutes. Currently my phone is powered off as I could not get the cycle to stop. Iām wondering if anyone has experienced any of these same issues and if there's any steps I can take on my own to resolve this.173Views0likes0Commentsspeaker sound is staticky Samsung A23

I just received my new tmobile home internet gray 5g gateway. All internet items work great! Even all the apps on my Samsung tv. All except for the Samsung tv+ app, it lags and says "there was a problem trying to play the Samsung tvplus channel. Check your network settings and try again later". Anyone have any idea why this is the only app on my TV that won't work with my new internet? Just for more info; Hulu, disney+, prime, and YouTube all work great, on the same new network.10KViews2likes18CommentsGoogle Assistant and Gateway internet
Curious on why my tmobile home internet gateway won't connect my Google assistant/Home devices. Is it because of competition with Google Fi. I've noticed when it connects to the Google server upload speeds just go to 0 like it is blocking me to send data packets. Even tried getting on the Google Fi website and the internet did not want to let me in. So I turn off wifi on my phone and used data to get on the same site and instantly let's me in. A friend has T-mobile home internet and Amazon's Alexa and says it works fine.I tried testing the home internet with my Samsung TV plus service and said to check network connection. Ran the speed test and everything's fine until i try connecting to Samsung TV then everything drops. I thinking because t-mobile wants you to get TVision. Anybody else notice or have this issue? What can be done so I can connect my Google home devices?1.2KViews4likes5CommentsInternet - Vastly different speeds iphone12 vs Galaxy S6
KVD21 gateway, iphone 12, Galaxy Tab S6 lite Using Ookla Speedtest I'm getting download speeds on iphone of 135, 143, 136, 128, 149 while at same time I'm getting Galaxy speeds of 34, 23, 34, 36, 30. Upload speeds just slightly higher with iphone. Why is there such a big difference? Which speed should I use to determine if I should keep T-mobile internet? Have the Galaxy tablet, two 4K Vizio TVs, two iphones being used at same time.Solved218Views0likes4Comments
