Extremely slow Internet Speed
When is first got Tmobile like 8 months ago I was getting great internet speed, enough to stream 3 or 4 televisions at once. Each month it got slower and slower. Now you can't stream anything due to...
You probably live in an area where T-Mobile has been marketing their Home Internet service and you are now sharing your tower with a lot of other people!
I'd call Support. They've been successful in fixing some of these problems, either by making changes in the background to your signal or moving you to a different tower.
