Benifits page not loading on web or phone app
The Manage Benefits page is not loading, and hasn’t for me for a month or so, on both a web browser and the app on my iPhone.

Ditto to this. I have been trying to reach the benefits page on three different web browsers for weeks. Definitely seems like the company does not want its customers to access the “benefits” they offered as perks to attract customers. Starting to think the benefits don’t exist - an apparent scam by T-mobile. Anyone from the company want to speak up and demonstrate otherwise?
