I didn’t realize this issue (see the Title) has not been solved for a while! I only have Home Internet User since 2023-03-15 with T Mobile and have not been able to create a T-MOBILE ID. I’ve had about 6 calls and 4 chats. Although the issue was not fixed, but the Customer Service was very nice! The internet speed has been excellent regarding download and surprisingly, the upload. The error was “Service unavailable”  and still is when registering. I even used the SIM card belonged to the Gateway on mobile phone to register as some T Mobile had suggested, but no luck! I had to go back to the local T Mobile store to have an auto pay setup.
