5g hotbox

This 5g hotbox thing constantly shuts off daily what could I do aside from returning it to t mobile?

    @Tony.danny I have had TM Home Internet for over 1.5 years and do not experience the gateway getting too hot. Is it too hot to touch? Do you smell something burning? Maybe take it back to your local TM store and ask for an exchange unit.
