5G Home Internet Service

I’m new to Tmobile 5G home internet.  I remain consistently at weak signal strength, though I occasionally get a “good.”  The weak signal is decent enough, but there has to be a way to get a better signal.  I’ve tried every window in our house and according to Tmobile support, I am less than a mile from their tower.  Any suggestions?
