t-mobile tuesdays stopped working on my iphone 6s
Unfortunately only upgrading your phone will fix this.

Thank you, I am disappointed with T-Mobile for making us upgrade the phone.

Not true! T-Mobile can fix this problem with older phones not being able to upgrade to iPhone v.16.0. I know because Air France, the airline, had the same issue with their app and they fixed it, after a lot of complaints, so older versions of the iPhone could still use their app.

Have you upgraded the app to the new T-Life app? Your device might be too old for the new app to work on.

I did, still no luck. I see that it works only on iOS >= 16.0.0
My iPhone 6s does not qualify for that version of iOS.
Is there any other alternative?

Unfortunately only upgrading your phone will fix this.

I have the same problem with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Android 8.0. I have a lot of apps on my phone. I get a T-Mobile Tuesday message stating it needs to be updated to Android 9.0 and that is not available
for my phone. Interesting how all the other apps including an T-mobile app to pay my bill, works perfectly on my phone except something as simple as knowing if I can get 10% off on a pizza and similar other deals. Ridiculous
