Why can't I contact t-mobile support as a deaf person?

So we finally came to a solution, T-mobile fixed the problem and answered the questions I asked. I find the support via Twitter to be quite satisfactory, even if sometimes the wait for a reply is longer. But when I compare the support of T-mobile on Facebook and Twitter, Twitter clearly wins. I am hearing handicapped and need voice mail to text. I tried adding it to my account but was told the account was not eligible. You disable CCF to my Pixel 6 phone.
