I think they intentionally make it difficult for one to claim the rebate. I was supposed to get a $400 MC crafter two months. BUT, I was supposed to activate the rebate within 30 days of activation. I thought it was after 60 days. So even though I am still with T-mobile after 60 days, I can't claim the rebate. Seems pretty disingenuous to me. But I guess that's how they make money by screwing their customers. Doesn't seem like a good business practice to me. Will reconsider going back to AT&T.
I would file a complaint with my State's Attorney General over that. It is disingenuous and It's against the law.
