SyncUp Kids Watch not sending Audio

Child's new SyncUp watch is not sending Audio messages. It records just fine, sends, but then says "Not Delivered." She is sending audio messages to Android phones NOT iPhones.  Calls and text messages work fine.  Any ideas?
