@Stroomer @Slowrolltoperfection did either of you ever get a resolution on this? Dealing with the exact same thing right now, between store support and an hour on the phone last night with “specialized watch support” no real path to resolution. Seems crazy Tmobile cant manually “unpair” the watch from original owner, so I can finish setting it up on my end….
