SyncUP Kids changed to T-Life and now all I get with the new app is an error
I understand SyncUp Kids is no more. I installed the T-Life app on my phone as directed. I’m logged in and have the correct phone number showing up on my screen, but when I go to click next I am seeing “something went wrong. Please try again.”
I really NEED to see where my child is. This is because of a bus drop off in the afternoon and ensuring I am there on time for her sometimes early bus. That is the whole reason I bought the SyncUP watch.
What needs to be done to resolve this constant error?

Uninstalled and reinstalled the T-Life app. Seems like it gets caught in a login loop when you try to sign in for access to the watch. If we were not still under contract for this thing, I’d look into getting a phone and Life360. Unacceptable T-Mobile.

This is unacceptable, lost access to tracking and now the watch is useless to me...

I have the same issue. I too have the correct phone number showing up on my screen. And when I click NEXT, I get the error message: “something went wrong. Please try again.” This is a critical issue that needs to be resolved immediately.

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work for me or my sister. The overnight "tech" help from the Philippines, while super nice, have no idea what they're doing in regard to this problem. Nobody at T-Mobile will even acknowledge that this problem is widespread. Meanwhile, my nephew goes to scoop tomorrow with a brick on his wrist.

This is an unfortunate and ridiculous move. It also poses a safety issue for our family. Since it was one of the main reasons we got the watch. It helps us keep track of our child before and after school. Highly frustrating and advertising T-Life at the top of the app doesn't give insight that it was going to be changed. Clearly WE ALL cannot get past the error page. Practice run or trial before launch? Or a notification? I personally need to have communication with my child. SO FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

Ah, sorry to hear that. It worked for both me and my wife. Regardless, I don’t understand why T-Mo thought this was a good idea. As the saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve been trying to get this fixed since Saturday at no vain. I went to the store today and the tech couldn’t help me. He tried and tried and tried but no luck. I just bought the watch recently and now it’s useless!!!! What a poor way to do business.

Similar issue. No warning that this app moved to T-Life and when I go to use it this afternoon to see where my kid is to get her from the Bus I’m told it no longer works. I sign in on T-Life as a guardian (my wife is the main account holder) and I can’t see my daughters watch. There appears to be no way to add me on the T-Life app as a guardian either.
Awesome work guys, Thanks for the heads up on the app going away. The weird thing is my wife has the same phone and can still use the SyncUp Kids app with no problem!
