SyncUP Kids changed to T-Life and now all I get with the new app is an error
I understand SyncUp Kids is no more. I installed the T-Life app on my phone as directed. I’m logged in and have the correct phone number showing up on my screen, but when I go to click next I am seeing “something went wrong. Please try again.” I really NEED to see where my child is. This is because of a bus drop off in the afternoon and ensuring I am there on time for her sometimes early bus. That is the whole reason I bought the SyncUP watch.
