Sync up kids app not working says no internet

For the second time in two months this stupid app is not working says I have no internet by the little icons at the top you can see I have internet oh and my kids would be going crazy do to we only have internet tv . . So  t mobile get this working again

    This is happening on both our phones right now (android and IPhone)… Anyone knows when it will be fixed?

    I keep having the same error over an over when I'm clearly connected to the Internet and T-Mobile have been useless and don't seem to care to fix this recurring issue.
