Is anyone unable to sign into their free Hulu accout?
We tried to watch Hulu tonight, which is supposed to be free for a year. We were greeted by a MyDisney splash screen telling us to sign in. It stated that if we didn't already have a MyDisney account...
Hulu had a widespread outage at the time the OP posted. It should be okay now.
Our Hulu on Us deal does not cover the Hulu/Disney+ bundle. Have you already done the deal submission steps? Stream Hulu ON US: Deal Included With Phone Plans | T-Mobile
That should have you sign in to your T-Mobile account and then direct you to the Hulu page. I loaded the Hulu page now and it does show a few options. You want to go for the SIGN UP FOR HULU ONLY. Once you sign up for the HULU account, you’ll go to the LOGIN or three lines to SIGN IN instead of shopping for plans.
