total dishonesty on the part of T-Mobile

1. When I called T-Mobile in June 2024 and asked for terms of switching my 3 cell phones with AT&T your agent (please check record) told me I will get reimbursement for my AT&T cost. She never said my phones did not qualify a s I gave her all the information and model numbers. In view of your response this was falsifying business information just to get a new customer.
2. Then she offered a free watch which is also falsifying T-Mobile business information as I receive Invoice for watch financing.
T-Mobile is trying to introduce her business to US customers as an honest and respectful company which is not true and based on lies and mistreatment.
If you are not reimburse my account for $535 in the next 10 days, I will start a campaign on all social media providing true facts about your business in US, and I will start arbitration as court was excluded in agreement which you gave me to sign, which was also another step in your disrespect to customers.
