promotions lowered for military, first responder and 55 accounts

We’d also just learned of this “demotion” when we went into the T-Mobile store a week ago, and the employee even felt bad telling us this news regarding the switch to military/first-responders not getting the same trade-in value as everyone else. The employee (under their breath) said they wouldn't blame us if we looked elsewhere for a new carrier, and that we weren’t the only ones to leave the store really disappointed in T-Mobile. Time to vote with our wallets.
