As a loyal T-Mobile customer for over a decade, I’m disappointed by recent experiences that feel inequitable toward military members, first responders, and customers over 55. While I appreciate the existing discount, it’s frustrating that we’re unable to access additional promotions, particularly when the terms aren’t fully transparent—like needing to purchase phones on the first day a promotion is offered.
I’m committed to supporting companies that value long-standing customers and those who serve our communities. It’s discouraging to feel that loyalty and service go unrecognized. I hope T-Mobile can find a way to make promotions accessible and fair for all customers.
