Lied to about $150 rebate. The classic bait & switch

I was deliberately lied to by the sales rep when I signed up for Home Internet that I would receive a $150 rebate after 100 days of continuous service. I confirmed it with him several times about it during the call. All of a sudden the plan I have doesn't qualify for it. The classic bait and switch from a greedy corporation. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and FCC they aren't getting away with this
