Do you think there is something wrong?

Just started with TMO home internet installed TMO-G4AR gateway, service after two weeks service sucks.  Speed test 8.53 download, 9.03 upload. 

I'm writing this comment on a computer tethered to my moto 5g phone and get  56.4 download and .22 upload.  DO YOU THINK there is something wrong with this cell internet service???
