Email Change for Paperless Billing
How do you change the paperless billing email address?
I've updated my account email address, but I'm unable to update the paperless billing email address. I've scoured the community for it, and none of the suggested methods work.
You need to either reach out to Cystomer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or X/Twitter.
