Fire Stick
I am unable to get my fire stick to work with the Grey Cylinder modem. Connects but states no internet, then says a web guard feature is enabled on the mobile line restricting content. They need auth...
For what it’s worth, I have three Fire Sticks that work just fine on the new router.
Tmobile has a feature called Web Guard that you have enabled on your account. This prevents access to adult content, etc., and it apparently blocking Fire TV as well.
