Creating a separate Printer Network

I keep getting an “Oops, it looks like something went wrong.  We had some trouble adding your new network. Please try again” when trying to add, change or delete a network.  Any suggestion?   I was initially able to creat a printer network using Automatic Band and WPA/WPA2.   Printer connects but I can’t connect and print from any of m y devices.   I tried to change the band to 2.4 as well as try and delete the network but get the above error.  Any heklpo is appreciated.  Thanks!
