5G Gateway ID/password chage

I changed ID/password on 5G Internet Gateway and now can only connect internet to some equiipment (desktop, cellphones, Kindle readers) and not others (Fire tablet, smart TV). Any ideas?

    I’ve been told that my smart Visio tv can’t connect because my password is too long. I’m trying to change my gateway password to a shorter string.
