T-Mobile fix this
I called in T-Mobile before travel and they told me it would work on UK and Spain. It turns out it does not work. What a scam.
Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Prepaid roaming is very hit or miss. Do you have roaming enabled in your devuce settings? Is your device compatible with the roaming partners network? What device are you using?
